Prayer in St. Patrick’s College
Assembly of Prayer in St. Patrick’s College, Thurles to which all parishioners are invited will be on Saturday 3rd October from 9 am to 12.30 pm. Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly Talk given by Frances Hogan. See Posters in Church porches.

Emergency Response Community Alert
Gortnahoe-Glengoole Emergency Response Community Alert organises the provision of Panic Alarms to Older people for many years. If you need such an alarm or you are aware of an older per that can be helped with such a alarm please come to a meeting at Fr. O’Rourke’s house on Wednesday night at 8.00 or pass a message to him or Anne Stokes at Gortnahoe Post Office.

Gortnahoe-Glengoole Parish Annual
Have you been assembling material of articles, photographs, reports, etc for this year’s Annual? A very important progression meeting will be held at Fr. O’Rourke’s house on Wednesday 30th September at 8.00. Help make our Annual once again the usual success.

Family Resource Centre Glengoole
Millennium Family Resource Centre Glengoole will hold an information Session on Tuesday 22nd September at 7.00 about the upcoming incredible Years School Age Programme (6 to 12 years). The School Age Basic Parenting Programme strengthens parent-child interactions and attachment, reducing harsh discipline and fostering parents’ ability to promote children’s social, emotional and academic development.
