Collection for the Pope, Peter’s Pence
This Annual Collection will be taken up at all Masses on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August. Please give generously. Envelopes were distributed at the beginning of the year.

Morning Masses
Gortnahoe: Monday & Wednesday morning at 9.30.
Glengoole: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 9.30.

Adoration
Glengoole Wednesday from 10.00 to 8.00.
Gortnahoe Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00.

First Thursday
Glengoole: Mass in Latin at 7.00

First Friday
Glengoole: Confessions 6.30. Mass 7.00.
Gortnahoe: Confessions 7.30. Mass 8.00.

Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock will be on Sunday 3rd August
The Annual Bus from Ballingarry and Gortnahoe cannot take place unless a good number of people book their places on it on this Monday or Tuesday. So far booking is poor, so give you names to Fr. O’Rourke or Bridie, Glengoole sacristan, on this Monday or Tuesday otherwise there will be no bus.

Annual Outing to Cobh
Legion of Mary Annual Outing to Cobh will be on Tuesday next. All going must have booked and be at Killenaule on Tuesday morning at 8.45.

Gortnahoe-Glengoole GAA Lotto Draw
There was no Jackpot winner this week. Lucky Dip Winners were Ann Guidera c/o Geraldine Holohan, Kenneth Stanley, Urard, Catherine Colleton, Urlingford, Peggy Maher, Gortnahoe. Seller’s Prize, Keith Corbett, Gortnahoe. Next week’s draw for €6,400 will be at Mary Willies on August 1st.

Meals on Wheels closed for holiday
MFRC Meals on Wheels is closed for holidays from 26th July until August 13th, It will re-open on 13th August. Hope everyone is organised to take account of the holidays.

Clothes Collection Saturday 3rd August
Glengoole Soccer Club will hold a Clothes Collection on Saturday 3rd August At the Glengoole United Dressing Rooms from 10.00 to 1.00. Good clothes most welcome.

All Priests Choir
An Evening with the All Priests Choir takes place in Thurles Cathedral on Friday 27th September. Tickets are available in the Cathedral Office for €35.00. Support such necessary work and enjoy wonderful entertainment.
