Gortnahoe: each morning except Friday at 9.30.

Family Mass
March Family Mass is on this Sunday in Glengoole at 10.00 and in Gortnahoe at 11.15. Theme: “Jesus, the Son of God. Listen to Him”.

Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration In Glengoole on Wednesday from 10.00 to 8.00 and Gortnahoe on Thursday from 10.00 to 7.00. Please come and pray.

First Thursday
Glengoole: Mass in Latin at 7.00.

First Friday
Glengoole: Confessions 6.30. Mass 7.00.
Gortnahoe: Confessions 7.30. Mass 8.00.

World Day of Prayer
Prayer Service to mark World Day of Prayer will be in Kilcooley Church on Friday 5th March at 8.00. Everyone is invited to join in prayer.

Collection for Diocesan Needs
Collection for Diocesan Needs takes place next Week-end, 7th & 8th March. Please give generously for such an essential Collection. Envelopes for the Collection were with the other envelopes at the beginning of the year.

Folk Choir practice
Gortnahoe Folk Choir next practice will be on Wednesday 4th march at 8.00. This is in preparation for 16th March and Good Friday. All are welcome.

There was no winner of this week’s €20,000 Jackpot. Numbers drawn were 4, 17, 26 & 27. Lucky Dip winners were Grainne O’Gorman, Cork, Mary Fwennelly, Boulick, Eddie Lawlor, Gortnahoe, Maria O’Meara, Kilbraugh. . €25 Sellers Prize winner was Ann Stokes. Next Draw is at Prouts. Jackpot €20,000. Reserve Jackpot €2,800.

Thanks to all who supported the Table Quiz for Good Shepherd Cemetery. €540 was raised on the night. Further donations will be gratefully accepted and can be given to any committee member.

Jumble Sale in aid of Animal Rescue

Jumble Sale in aid of Mo Chara Animal Rescue in Glengoole Hall on Sunday 8th March from 10.30 to 3.30. Books, Cds, Dvds, bric-a-brac, household items, clothing and much more available.

Juvenile G.A.A.
Our 5k Fun Run/Walk is now only 6 weeks away, on Sunday 12th April. Hope training is going well. Train with a friend of the family to make it easier and more enjoyable.
