Visit of the Relics of The Cure of Ars to Ireland
The relics of the Curé d'Ars are coming to Ireland from Sunday April 25th to Thursday April 29th. The relics will be arriving in Cork Airport on Sunday April 25th and will be brought to St. Francis Church, Liberty Street, Cork for concelebrated Mass at 6.00 p.m.
The priests and people of Cashel and Emly are invited by Bishop Buckley of Cork to join with him and the Bishop of Ars for the concelebrated Mass. The relics will travel to Dublin early on Monday morning.
Evening of Music
Please support a wonderful evening of music and singing in aid of Trocaire Haiti and Rwanda Fund at Buddy Brennans, Glengoole this Sunday 18th April, starting at 6.00.
Table Quiz
Gortnahoe Community Field will hold a Monster Table Quiz this Friday 23rd April in Mary Willies at 9.30. Tables of 4 cost € 20.00. Your support for the new field would be greatly appreciated.

Control of Litter Blackspot Competition – 2010
South Tipperary County Council is encouraging Community Groups to participate in clean-ups during the month of April. Groups can consist of tidy towns, graveyard committees and townsland committees. Prizes for the best entries received. Application Forms and further details can be acquired by contacting 056 8834252. Closing date for entries is 14th May 2010.

Our Lady of Knock, Queen of Ireland, you gave hope to your people in a time of distress and comforted them in sorrow. You have inspired countless pilgrims to pray with confidence to your Son, remembering His promise; “Ask and you shall receive, seek and you will find”
Help us remember that we are pilgrims on the road to heaven. Fill us with love and concern for our family, especially those who live with us.
Comfort us when we are sick or lonely. Teach us reverence at Mass. Pray for me now and at the hour of my death. Amen
