Devotions
No Devotions this Sunday evening.
Morning Masses
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9.30.
Area Masses
In Cleeres, Kilbraugh on Monday. Confessions 7.30. Mass 8.00. In Ballynonty Centre on Tuesday Confessions 7.30. Mass 8.00.
Confessions
After Mass on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and on Wednesday night in Glengoole at 7.00 and Gortnahoe Church at 8.00.
Communion
Holy Communion will be brought to the sick and housebound on Tuesday at the usual time in the parish. If there is anybody unable to be out for Easter, Fr. O’Rourke or Fr. O’Keeffe will gladly bring them Holy Communion.
Holy Thursday
Mass of Chrism in the Cathedral at 10.30. You are invited. Mass of the Lord’s Supper including Do This in Memory for First Communion Children in both churches at 8.00 p.m. Please bring your Trocaire contributions, in notes rather than coin, if possible. Procession to the Altar of Repose at the end of Mass. Holy Hour in Glengoole Church from 11.00 to midnight.
Good Friday
Day of Fast and Abstinence; Ceremonies in both churches at 3.00, including The Passion, Adoration of the Cross and Holy Communion. Stations of the Cross at 8.00. A collection for the upkeep of the Holy Places will be taken up at both ceremonies. Confessions after both ceremonies.
Holy Saturday
Confessions in Glengoole at 12.00 and in Gortnahoe at 12.30. Ceremonies and Easter Mass at 9.00 in both churches. No Mass at 7.00 or 7.30.
Collection
The Easter Collection for the Archbishop and priests of the diocese will be taken up next week-end. The envelopes were distributed in January. Please contribute what you are asked. We ask the usual collectors to attend.
Church Restoration Fund
Road Collectors and Committee members have been given an update on their own roads in relation to the Church Restoration Fund. Members of your road committee would appreciate if householders ensure that their contributions are up to date, or give your contribution now.
Bingo
All roads lead to Gortnahoe Hall on Friday night next 6th April for the annual Good Friday Bingo commencing at 8.30 sharp. Over € 2000 in prizes. Please come along.
Walk
The Gortnahoe National School Parents Council hold their annual Walk in Kilcooley Estate on Sunday 1st April, starting at 2.00 . All parents, children and walkers, please assemble at the main gate. All outstanding sponsorship cards should be returned on the day. Numerous prizes and refreshments also.

Under 21 Hurling: We were scheduled to play Moyne Templetuohy in the first round of the championship in Gortnahoe this Sunday, however this match has been put back till Saturday the 14th.
Minor Football On Wednesday night we defeated Boherlahan in the 1st round and now play Moycarkey Borris in the 2nd round of this championship on Wednesday the 4th in Gortnahoe at 6.30pm.
Intermediate And Junior Hurling Training continues for all players on the appointed times of Tuesdays and Fridays at 7.45pm and Sundays at 11.45am.
Membership and Insurance. Closing date is 12th April. Please ensure you have your subscription paid by then.
Table Quiz
The Senior and Juvenile Clubs will run a Table Quiz in aid of the Church Restoration on Friday the 13th April in Mary Willies. Please support.
Church Funds
A Raffle in aid of the Gortnahoe Church Restoration Funds is being organised by the Gortnahoe-Glengoole Gun Club. The Draw will be on Easter Sunday night. Please support this Raffle.
