First Communion
We congratulate the following parishioners who received First Communion this Saturday in Ballingarry, Lucy Kennedy, Eoin and Eamon Troy.. We ask you to pray for the following children from Glengoole and Ballysloe schools who will receive their First Communion in Glengoole on Saturday morning next at 11.00. Patrick Harding, Chloe McMonagle, Ellen Kenny, Lisa Norton, Chaoimhe Lanigan, Damien O’Meara, Catherine Tobin, Niamh Lanigan and Anne Marie O’Reilly. Please remember them in your prayers.

Vocations
Once again we invite families to take part in a programme of prayer for vocations. Families are invited to pledge a week of special prayer for vocations. Volunteer Forms are at the end of the church. Take one and return it and then the chalice of Vocation devotions and special prayers will travel to each of the families for a week.
Alzheimeer Society
A Coffee morning in aid of the Society will be held in The Family Resource Centre, Glengoole on Wednesday 2nd May from 10.30 to 2.00.
Senior Citizens
The monthly Get-Together of Glengoole Senior citizens will be at the Family Resource Centre Glengoole on Wednesday next 2nd May, to include our support of the Alzheimer Society. It will be at 1.00. Please contact Ring-A-Link for transport on Tuesday.
Collection
A Church Gate Collection next week-end for the Cancer Society. Please support.
Summer Camp
A meeting of all parents for the Summer Camp will be held on Tuesday 1st May at 9.40. If unable to attend contact Louise Gleeson. Thanks for the Gate Collection of € 328.
Information Display
The Glengoole Development Association and MFRC invite Clubs and groups to profile themselves in Glengoole Hall on Sat. 12th May after 7.00 Mass. Please arrange details of your club in display form, using photographs and a brief history. Please include names and contact numbers to facilitate people who may wish to join.

Gortnahoe Church Fund Raising
The Restoration Committee wish to thank very sincerely the Senior and Juvenile G.A.A. Club for € 865 and the Gortnahoe-Glengoole Gun Club for € 1,000 from their recent Fund Raising. .

Annual Bank Holiday Under 21 Tournament of Tipperary v Kilkenny in memory of Tom O’Hara will be on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May at 6.30 in Gortnahoe, preceeded by the Brendan Teehan Under 16 Tournament Final at 4.30
Association for the Deaf
A mobile Resource Unit with information on the helping of the deaf and the hard of hearing will be in Thurles Town Centre on Tuesday 1st May from 11.00 to 4.00.
