Ballysloe National School would like to thank everyone who supported their recent fundraiser for Haiti, it was a great success. With the non-uniform Day and the cake sale we raised a wonderful total of € 660.00.
Gortnahoe Community Play Group
Enrolments are now being taken for September 2010, for children aged 2 years and 10 months to 6 years. Children wishing to avail of the ECCE Scheme (free playschool year) need to have been born between 2nd February 2006 and 30th June 2007 to qualify. All parents wishing to enroll their child for September should contact the Play Group as soon as possible, as places are limited. The Playgroup is open from 9.30 to 12.30 each morning from Monday to Friday and enrolment forms can be collected there during these times.
