First Communion
Please pray for the children of Glengoole and Ballysloe Schools and their families who will receive their First Communion in Glengoole Church on Saturday next at 11.00.

Devotions of Reparation and Mass in Gortnahoe at 9.30.
Meeting
A number of people have volunteered to be part of a group providing decorations for Gortnahoe Church sanctuary. Further volunteers are most welcome and the first meeting of this group will be held in Fr. O’Rourke’s house on Tuesday night next at 8.00. Please come along.
Glengoole Church Cemetery
The last of the graves in the new section have been assigned. It is hoped to use some of the unmarked area in the cemetery for further burials. Part of the proposed area will be marked with orange markers. If you have any query, please contact Jim Fitzgerald or the priests.
St. Vincent de Paul
There will be a meeting of the St. Vincent de Paul Conference in Ballysloe School on Tuesday next at 7.30.

Parish Annual Meeting at Fr. O’Rourke’s House on Thursday next at 7.30. New members, written material and photographs, new and old, most welcome.
Collection
Support Eimear Quinlan, Kilcooley, who is one of ten volunteers going this summer to Mazabuka, Zambia with the charity SERVE. Your generosity at the Church Gate Collection next week-end, 1st & 2nd May will be most welcome, to support such a worthy cause.

Ladies Camogie and Football
Congratulations to U/12 camogie girls on their win against Borrisoleigh. U/14s drew with Knockavilla and play Cashel in Gortnahoe on Monday. U/12 Football team drew with Ballyporeen and play Slievenamon this Saturday 24th in Gortnahoe Many thanks to the girls and their trainers for all their hard work. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

O Jesus, send labourers into your fields, which are awaiting holy apostles, saintly priests, heroic missionaries, gentle and tireless sisters. Enkindle in the hearts of men and women the spark of a vocation. Grant that families may encourage members to follow their true vocation in life. Amen.
