May Devotions, with Rosary and Benediction, in Gortnahoe Church this Sunday at 7.00

Morning Masses
Glengoole: Tuesday morning at 9.30.
Gortnahoe: Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9.30.
First Thursday: Glengoole Mass in Latin at 7.00 p.m.
First Friday: Glengoole; Confessions 6.30. Mass 7.00.
Gortnahoe: Confessions 7.30. Mass 8.00
First Saturday: Devotions of Reparation and Mass at 9.30.

Collection
The Annual Collection for the Education of Priests and the upkeep of seminaries will be taken up next weekend. Please give generously. Envelopes were distributed at the beginning of the year.

Pre-Marriage Courses
Those intending to marry in the coming years are reminded to please be aware that ACCORD remains the approved Course Provider for our Archdiocese. Phone No. 1850 303202.

Fund Raising Walk for Glengoole Hall
The Sponsored Walk for Glengoole Hall will take place on Saturday night 12th June at Derryvilla Lake at 7.30. Please support such important Fund Raising. Sponsorship Cards are still available in the sacristy of from Committee members.

“Craic at the Back”
This annual parish event is on Saturday 26th June at Mary Willies. Dance to the Kilkennys, formerly Uisce Beatha, with support bands Rubex Cubes (local talent) and Kenny Ryder and Gogga. Commencing at 9.00. Adm. €12.50 each. Tickets currently on sale.

Gortnahoe Community Playgroup

Glengoole National School
Infant Enrolment Day takes place on Wednesday 2nd June from 9.30 to 11.00. For more details contact the school at 052 9156644.

Gortnahoe Youth and Development Association Disco
There will be a Primary Schools Disco at Gortnahoe Community Centre on Friday night 4th June from 7.00 to 9.00. Adm €3.00. There will be no soccer training that night. Soccer training will be on Tuesday 8th June instead. Normal training Friday 11th.

Millennium Family Resource Centre
Are you recently unemployed and wish to retain or up skill? Do you receive a social welfare payment?

Day and Evening Courses planned for the Centre and surrounding areas will include ; Specific Employment Skill, Healthcare Support, Telemarketing and Childcare. Places are limited, so please contact Avril, Josephine or Anne for more information at 052 9157992.
