Vocations Sunday
As we celebrate World Day of Prayer for Vocations, we are reminded as baptised Catholics and all Christians, that our central vocation is both a call to holiness and to service. This call is lived as a single, married, ordained or consecrated person. Let us pray that we will know what call God has for us and that we will answer the call with confidence. This applies especially to a call to the priesthood or the religious life.
